Sugden PA-4 MM/MC Phono Preamp Imported By Tone Audio

U.K. based Sugden Audio has been in business for almost fifty years. The company once had a strong American presence but for some reason that eventually faded. Tone Audio now imports to America Sudden's new PA-4 phono preamplifier.

The attractive PA-4 includes three inputs (two MC, one MM) with standard MC loading of 470 ohms, though you can have a custom factory setting. Rear panel mounted RCA jacks permit your loading choice, of course below the factory standard setting.

Gain is said to be sufficient for a moving coil cartridge with an output as low as .125mV. The Sugden PA-4 retails for $2500.

I believe Sugden is being imported by the venerable Tone Imports (who also represent Shindo, Auditorium 23 and Leben among others). www.toneimports.com

The Sugden Audio PA-4 looks like a much more expensive piece of equipment.
Can't wait to hear it. So Happy Sugden is back thanks to Tone Imports.
