Video Services  Corp. and MVD  just announced that the second season of Elvis Costello's superb interview/music show "Spectacle" will be issued on Blu-ray and DVD on June 7th.

If you missed this series or even if you saw it in standard definition, this is a "must see" series, featuring great musical collaborations and probing interviews.

The audio production is superb, by the way.

Artists include: Bono and The Edge Of U2, Bruce Springsteen, Neko Case, Sheryl Crow, Ron Sexsmith, Jesse Winchester, Nick Lowe, Richard Thompson, Allen Toussaint, Levon Helm, Mary-Louise Parker, John Prine, Lyle Lovett, and Ray Lamontagne.
