Atlanta, Georgia's Evolution Home Theater unveils Sonus Faber's new flagship Aida loudspeaker at a Thursday, February 15th event beginning at 7PM, featuring Sonus Faber CEO Fillipo Fanton who's flying in from Italy for the event. Also on hand will be Sonus Faber's Will Kline, McIntosh Group's Woody Compton, Clarus Cables' Joe Perfito and Merging NADAC's David Laikind.

Concord's Craft Records division just released a deluxe two LP box set of Sonny Rollins' Way Out West recorded in March of 1957 in stereo and released by Contemporary Records first in mono in 1957 and then by Stereo Records (in association with Contemporary Records) in stereo probably in 1958 or perhaps later.

Sempersonus, a new audio company based in Lisbon, Portugal just announced its first product: a turntable based upon an idler wheel-type drive it calls "Epicyclic Drive", because the motor and pulley directly drive the platter's inner rim.

Here's a tour of a well-stocked store filled with affordable two channel audio and home theater. Opened June of 2017, Kaneshii Vinyl Press is a full-service boutique vinyl-record manufacturer located in the West Royalty Industrial Park, in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, on Canada’s East Coast. The company sent the press release in the early fall, probably after the opening "shake out". Good idea!

Subscription-based jazz label Newvelle Records recently announced its third year of vinyl-only original productions. The six gatefold packaged albums ship every other month. Subscribers get a box in which to store the albums.
