First of all, your life's dedication and the ability to make money doing so is a blessing to yourself and to others, for sure. Thanks and congratulations on that.
That the store has a steady income of a coffee shop AND brings in new listeners to the joys of high fidelity is fanTAStic. What a great idea. Yes, most of the hifi stores I visit are so rushed that I barely feel I have time with the store staff. They're always off an multi-tasking and so being able to ask questions as well as listen well is minimized (The room, for example, has to be set up for somebody with huge pockets who will be coming later, but here's something to listen to -- gotta go.).
The inviting atmosphere is so important. Glad you saw it and was able to share that revelation.
