My understanding, perhaps incorrect, is that because the radio show aired and is archived for streaming on a radio station that is a signatory to the licensing agreement that allows music to be played on the radio and streamed on the Internet in the first place, that it would be legal for me to put the show on Soundcloud and allow you to hear it.

In 1973 the late guitarist, music historian, fanatical record collector and audiophile John Fahey recorded for Reprise Records the album "After the Ball" (MS 2145)—an album of original and "period" pieces including this track: New Orleans Shuffle by the pianist Bill Whitmore, originally recorded in 1925 by The Halfway House Orchestra.

The new 'table features an aluminum Panzerholz wood sandwich plinth, custom optically controlled DC motor system, POM platter and magnetically levitated ceramic ball-based bearing system. Cost is $6000 without arm.
