Acoustic Signature Launches Triple X Turntable Starting at $6500
Acoustic Signature introduced at AXPONA a new look with the handsome Triple X Turntable. Not everyone loves the company's round "heavy metal" looks like the Storm II that analogplanet reviewed favorably last year so the company countered with the more traditional, wooden plinth based Triple X.
It uses the same bearing and platter system found throughout the Acoustic Signature line and though the motor is incorporated within the plinth, it is a 'stand alone' unit that fits within a plinth opening.
The 'table is available with two levels of brass insert "silencers" that up the price to either $9000 or $12,000. The efficacy of the silencers is shown in graphs you can access in the Storm review.
